Lauretta Reiss is the creative chef behind the re-envisioned Small Batch at the Cupola, LLC. Lauretta's Filipino mother, an exceptional cook and fine artist introduced her to culinary delights from around the world.
During most of Lauretta's career as a designer, she traveled extensively around the world and was exposed to a wide array of food and cooking techniques. She loves changing the menu to bring in fresh dishes and baked delicacies.
Lauretta has created an artisanal dining experience for her guests in beautiful Harbor Springs, Michigan, through Small Batch at the Cuploa's bakery, restaurant, and catering services.
